Kamea Networks is an IT consulting business, and Mill Creek Systems built a mobile app (called KameaKare App) for us that contains our contact information and allows our clients to send us a help ticket right from a mobile device. Our clients also use this app to send us a ‘to do list’ that prioritizes what is most important. It allows our technical staffers to walk right into a client’s office and immediately begin working on the most important issue without having to bother anyone or hold a meeting. Our clients love it.
