Mill Creek has created a suite of retail store planning software tools to address the store design/planning process for one of our customers. This includes software tools to design of hardlines, softlines, and stockroom fixture runs from standard Lozier and equivalent fixture components, assign required store-related attributes to fixtures and run batch-mode reports to extract information.

- Hardlines Gondola Design tools – create standard and custom gondolas, section by section, in any total length, height, side depths, endframe/enddeck configurations from Lozier fixture catalog
- Wall Case Design tool – create runs of wall case section by section, in any total length, height, depth from Lozier fixture catalog
- One Sided Gondola Design tool – create gondolas with fixtures on one side or both sides, section by section, in any total length
- Softlines Divider Wall Design tool – create softlines divider walls, section by section, any height, total length or virtual depth of softlines divider wall, t-wall connection, focal section from Lozier fixture components
- High Capacity Gondola tool – create specialty high capacity gondolas based on high capacity design rules
- Shoe Fixture Gondola Design tool – design any length of shoe fixture gondolas with benches, mirrors and shoe care accessory sections
Attribute Assignment Tools
- Assign Adjacency – graphically assign the adjacency to fixtures
- Assign Aisle/Aisle Section number – either automatically or manually assign the Aisle Number, Aisle Section Number and reverse lead-in
- Assign Install Location – assign unique location on sales floor to each fixture for installation
Stockroom Design Tools
- Heavy Duty Palette Rack design tool – design a run of palette racking sections according to the required height, depth, length, seismic, heavy duty and other attributes including all required components hardware
- Light Duty Shelving Design tool – creates runs of light duty shelving sections according to height, depth, length. Includes bracing, anchors, and misc. hardware
- Stockroom Profile Tool – assigns profiles to shelving to include proper number of shelves and spacing according to merchandise
- Track Mounted Movable Ladder design tool – designs the ladder (West Suburban) configuration and places the required rails, brackets, ladder and trolley.
